- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 lb pecan halves
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat egg white with a fork until frothy
- Add cinnamon and sugar and stir until a delicious paste is formed
- Add pecans and throw on a wax paper lined baking sheet.
- Toast for 15 minutes. Cool and transfer to a air tight container.
